Hey guys,

08 SD standard, US
Motobox, Yoshi slip ons
91 octane fuel
Secondary Flies IN

I was running akra smoothened map but saw a post from one of the ol timers saying that James' map works great on their bike, really smooth. So i loaded it up and tried it out. I forgot that james' map has the secondary flies unchecked, and I have the flies still in. I hope it didn't do any damage to the engine?

Anyway, I went back and checked the secondary flies box and went back out for a test ride. There is a pretty noticeable high pitched squealing sound coming from the engine when the throttle is open 1-5%. You dont hear it above that, or with the throttle closed. I thought maybe it was the clutch but its definitely controlled by the throttle.

Any ideas? Is this map just not good for my bike? I'm going to try a different map but curious if anybody else has had this problem. It did seem smoother, which is what I was going for.
