i get sticky gear changes sometimes and especially going gently from neutral to 1st i can hear an feel the gears grinding. is this clutch bleeding or maybe my clutch springs? i have fresh oil in my bike if that makes a difference.

im thinking the clutch is dragging because if i put the bike in gear and start it i can feel the bike pull forward even though the clutch is pulled in. maybe the clutch plates need to be changed, they could have dried out...

1st gear can often clunk in if your not forceful/postive with it.

If it's dragging it won't be worn clutch plates, you'll have to bleed and replace clutch fluid.

If it still drags ,you will have to get your clutch master and slave cylinder checked for fluid bypass.
