Got a 2005 990 Superduke.
Was going down the motorway 2 up at about 80mph, suddenly the engine died, managed to essentially bump start it without having to slow or anything, but rather sure the power shouldn't have just cut out.
Didn't miss a beat for the rest of the 60 miles home, any ideas?

Grounds should be checked as well as all fuses first.

Clean, dry, and seal the BGC with dielectric grease.

Was the sidestand switch. Got it all cleaned out.
Worked.

Have installed a sidestand switch eliminator (plug and play) since to avoid a repeat.
