Hey all. looking for someone that has adjusted their suspension (front/rear) with a body weight similar to mine.

i am 175 lb and riding an 08 SD USA.

I am not good and just trying different settings and better and being led to water on suspension settings.

thanks in advance to anyone that can assist.

I'm running the settings Bic went with (simalar weight) from HM I think you'll have to do a search on here, or perhaps Bic would chime in,,,made a world of difference coupled with proper tyre pressures for me anyways,,,I know I printed out his settings ,,,will have to look for them,,,

Best to have a read of this and try to understand just the basics of suspension.

Start off with the standard settings and go from there, changing one thing at a time and going for test rides around the same route. You will get a good feel of what small changes will make.

Im the same weight as you with the same bike. I'm happy with the rear settings standard, and the front 13 clicks rebound and 14 clicks compression. This is for street.

with the sd there seems to be no set advice to give as some recomend no sag and some tuners recomend quite a bit of sag
