I want to get my swingarm powder coated black. Do I have to remove bearings???? Would (cost) prefer not too....

Another option is etch primer and satin black from a rattle can

If powdercoating, yes it is advisable to remove all bearings, else the grease runs out in the baking process and will spoil the powder finish. It could effectively wreck the longevity of the bearings with blast preperation and then baking.

Is there a part no for a bearing kit or is it possible to get them form elsewhere than KTM????

I dunno, but if they aren't knackered, remove them and put them back. You can get cheap pullers off e-bay and the like. Buy the right tools and the job is easy and takes but a few minutes.

Just had a look they are needle rollers so easier job I reckon.
