Has anyone fitted later model SDR exhaust manifold to early SD.

My 2006 SD has dent from previous owner curb hopping ? ( I don't know how it was done, guessing! )

I have a line on a cheap lightly used 2010 SDR pipe.

Part # 61105107000 ( 61105107100 Superseded # )

Will it fit ?

My guess is that you will require a re-map if fitting the SDR headers, they (or at least one of them is) are a different length to the stock SD headers. Whereabouts are you located? I have a spare set of stock SD headers that have been blasted to get staining and road crud off them, but they wouldn't be an easy item to post as they're a rather odd shape.

I am in Paris, France.
I am already running the Akra map, because or SAS delete, 2nd Butterfy delete, air filter, and exhaust.

I have sourced the SDR already, if it doesn't work out I will give you a shout.

But i imagine post will be a fair bit.

Nitro, I have my SDR headers for sale and Aphex wanted to buy them, so I measured the ports to the engine and to the cans and everything is bigger on the SDR than the SD. I don't think they'll fit. If you want I can measure and email you pics.

Thanks for your rely.

It would seem odd for them to make exclusive heads for the SDR model ( Casting investment vs low volume)
But stranger things have happened.

A new set is Euro 1000,00 and I bought the used ones for 100 bucks.

If they fit great, if not i will cut out the dents and weld in a piece from the 100 buck set.

I was just hoping to make this a bolt on fix, but if I have to get creative I can.

DONE.
It fits.
Preferred the old shape where the pipes join.
But did not want to drop huge cash on new stock part.
2010 SDR header was like new, still silver no heat cycles 100 bucks.
