TPS adjustment questions

i'm facing some idle issues recently and i think they are related to the TPS settings. When the engine is
hot sometimes the engines dies waiting at a intersection or red light.
I have already balanced the throttle bodies and tried to correct the TPS voltage, this helped to let the engine run a lot smoother and with less vibrations, but did not cure the idle issue. In fact it still dies from time to time
but what is even a bigger problem now is that in first and second gear the revs drop a little bit slowly back to idle.
Feeling is a bit like an electronic slipper clutch ... As soon as i engage the clutch they drop as fast as before, seems
to be related to the clutch switch.
Question is now if i did the procedure correct, do i set the 0,6V when the enginge is hot just with ignition on, engine not running or must the engine run for that ???
Before i touched the whole thing i had 0,64V and now i think i have 0,57V after my adjustment. Is a little bit tricky to get to 0,6V exact. All measured with Tuneecu. I think i will now drill a little hole in the Airbox to be able to adjust the TPS with the throttle bodies mounted, otherwise its really a pain. I'm still using the lower part of the airbox to protect the bodies.

In my opinion it is very hard to do the TPS adjustment on voltage alone.
the best results I had was to put it back to where it was. I marked it so that made it easy.
Try to adjust it with engine hot to 0% opening in tuneecu, not on voltage.
You can also do it by feel as when it's to high the idle shoots up eratically and when too low it stalls.
I mentioned this before, only mess with the TPS if it is really needed and if you have watchmakers precision in your fingers.
