Hi everyone!! this is my first post...so I might miss something.
Enjoying the greatness of my 09 SD...which I bought it from a dodgy workshop.
A part from a few scratches of some rough landings, it didn't have any signs of a big crash (only 3500miles).
It has been 2 weeks since I bought it and the handlebar's bend (not much, but after 50miles riding my shoulder feels it Didn't work so I went back to (2.5/2.7).
The feeling when leaning to the right it's as if the front end wants to fall in while leaning to the left keeps it quite nice.
If anyone´s suffered anything like it...how can it be solved?? Thanxxx

Are you located in the UK or Aus? If so that would explaing the uneven tyre wear on the RH side of tyre. If you are in the US, try staying on your side of the road!

Rears will typically have uneven wear, but I've never had a front do that. With evidence of the bike going down hard enough to bend the bars it is possible that your front wheel is twisted in the forks, a fork tube or the triple tree is bent, or the wheel itself is bent. It could also be that your rear wheel is not lined up straight with the chain adjusters. I would check wheel alignment first since that is free and proceed from there.

Hello again, and sorry for the delay...
I bought a set of sharp michelin pilot power....and I'm loving them...
It seems that Metzelers were out of date and wore off a lot faster (even faster on the right side). And surfing on the net I saw several forums posting on that same issue. Those M1 surely heated up a lot faster than any other tyre that I've owned.
Hope this reply comes handy to anyone in doubt...
If you're an all day runner go for the michelins...if you're on track days go for pirelis (michelin have been accused of violent high siders),
I'm sure that metz have sorted those problems...avoid old m1s.
