Whilst thrashing the life out of my bike at Spa, both myself and the lads noticed how much it wallows and moves mid corner, and indeed n corner entry.

Any ideas please?.

05-06 SD has 85nm springs up front and 160 at rear, 07> SD had 90-170 respectively, have you had the suspension set up? or tried the track settings?

Are the wheels aligned ok, use a straight edge or so to check.
Bearings in head stock and swing arm?

You need to be smooth with your riding style

As said you need to set up your suspension ....my money will be on pre load (rider sag) as the Superduke as it comes is miles out (to much sag) if your 12 /13 stone that is .......untill you do this you are P*ssing in the wind

Rider SAG first, then Rebound and Finally Compression, its not that hard to do (but you must do it in this order doing both front and back togeather)

Rider SAG Front 34mm Back 30mm (my latest road settings) as a rough guide, if your about 13 stone...... take pre load fully off, all the way anti clock wise and then 3 to 3.5 FULL turns clock wise, use a 'T' bar then measure...... and correct if needed

Rear one full turn gets you about 4/5mm measured rise .....(use ABBA stand..... undo locking ring lube threads and you can turn spring with your hands easy...clockwise for more pre load)

set rebound and compression to suite you.....Always do two clicks even when you think its one (you will feel the difference with two....if its too much after the test ride....take it back one) just a note the rear comes with MILES to much rebound dampening to start with, try 22 clicks

Just remember rebound and compression measured from all the way in clock wise (max) and then back to first click, Then the number of clicks anti clockwise.....so more clicks = less dampening

Normally I would say do static sag first....but your front forks springs are too soft to get both on the same settings so move on to rider sag (if you can get both static and rider sag with out changing setting between measuring ....you have correct springs for your weight..so say)

write it down

Try it......if you do not like it.....you can always sell it

Sports settings are not even close

......If you get the 'R' you will still need to set it up.......

I think your bike is an '06?
When was the last time the suspension was serviced properly?
Mine started to wobble and rock backwards and forwards at knee down, throttle open.
Turns out the forks were in a horrible mess inside.
My advice: get the forks rebuilt by a suspension specialist who knows what he is about; I use RJS Superbikes at Mallory Park - there is a reason why a large number of british superstock and superbike teams use them.
While you are about it get them to replace the shock internals with K-Tech and do a rebuild. It will cost £180 or thereabouts but you'll end up with far a better shock than the SDR shock. (or you could buy mine )

If sag is set correctly and compression as well you might need an extra click or 2 of rebound.

Also, be light on the bars. What corners did you have this problem and in what part of it? Mid corner, accelerating out of corners, fast part towards busstop?

I'm 14 stone and the standard rear shock, (white spring) was at maximum preload to get correct static sag when HMRacing set it up. They did it at 30 mm for me all kitted up. Then they fitted my SDR shock, (Orange spring), and it was an ear it's lowest preload setting to get the 29mm that it is currently set at.

Front forks are not set up because I swapped the originals for a set of SDR forks so I am just running them on standard settings. Was hoping there was a suspension guy here today but there isn't.

At Brands Hatch today and the bike has a brand new back tyre on and it feeling really sorted and stable through corners. But what do I know, I don 't ride that fast or furious anyway!
