i went out to my shed today checked water and its empty...........AGAIN
iv'e dropped the oil..........fine nothing wrong
the head gasket has been replaced.

Check the oil filter, if the water is getting into the motor the paper filter will show signs of collapsing,

does your oil light flicker at all?

seals on the water pump had to replace mine at about 20k miles. Although the water and oil would be mixing then

When my water pump seals went I took it to a dealer to do the job. They rang me an hour later to say they had dropped oil and coolant and neither appeared contaminated. I asked them to proceed and indeed the water pump shaft was fooked and had indeed been leaking coolant into the oil.

How many miles has the bike done?

cheers guys
think i might have found the problem, when i bled my radiator the last time, when lifting the wheel off the floor it caused my expantion bottle to fill right to the top- way past max.
so if im thinking right its been dumping its self on the floor when its hot and because iv'e been moving i haven't realised.
so i'll give that a try tomorrow if i got time and will get back to you, if that does'nt sort it then i got a water pump kit anyway so i'll try that.
thanks for your help
really greatfull.
