Just bought a yoyodyne slipper for my new-to-me Duke, and of course I wasn't thinking about clutch wear on the plates when I dropped the dosh on it.
Got about 20K km on my bike, but if I'm going to put in a new slipper, I mind as well replace the plates at the same time. Haven't popped the cover to see what the wear is like, nor the tolerances.
Any preferred brands for use with a slipper over OEM? EBC? Kevlar? Stick with KTM's overpriced stock plates?
Did a search, but not much came up, apart from GSXR plates being compatible ...

It's worth just measuring your current plates to see if they are within tolerance because if they are then you don't really need to replace them. It's a pretty quick job to whip them out, you don't need to drain the oil, just put the bike on it's side stand and remove the cover.
