UK class action lawsuit for expanding tanks?

I've not noticed this before but it seems we in the UK can bring class action lawsuits against manufacturers. This would seem like a good idea for our expanding tank issues that we've all had to live with so far - perhaps there is now a legal mechanism of kicking KTMs ass and getting either compensation or replacement tanks?

I'll look into it.

One option will be direct access barristers (ones who specialise in engineering for example.) It would be worth enquiring.
