Hi everybody.
I was wondering what camera do you use when cruising your bike around the town? Or do you use any camera at all?
I have used a Contour+ action camera when i cruise my beast around the city. Couple days a go i bought new camera Sony FDR-X1000V, camera can shoot 4K quality videos. I really like that i can adjust my new camera via smartphone and i can use my phone as remote control.
Well, the Contour+ had same kind of feature but it didn't work as smooth and always something wrong with it. Sometimes it started to record but after couple minutes camera went down and i had to remove battery and reinstall it to get it work again. I think i'll just but my Contour+ to the retirement and focus on my new Sony.

A ghost S ( http://www.cnet.com/products/drift-ghos ... on-camera/ ) would be the upgrade love.

Contour Roam2.
$89 for the camera and mount kit, charger, etc.
It's very simple to use, 1 switch on/off, and quality is fine. I honestly don't remember all the modes it has, but whichever one uses about 100 MB /min is good for what I use it for. I use it when riding in traffic or in particularly scenic places.
It's a lot easier to use than my gopro hero2.

I use a Sena 10C. The beauty of this device is that it has both a camera and Bluetooth communications.

I got a Drift Stealth 2. Big + is its small size and HD quality.
Comes with helmet mounts included in the box, waterproof to about 1m without the need for a case.
Operate with a remote or via your mobile.
Its pretty cheap too.
Negatives, no replaceable battery is probably its biggest. Get about 2 hours recording time.
Best bit is you dont look a dick with a Go-Pro mounted to your helmet. Just ask Schumacher.

I have a Go Pro and a clamp which holds it onto the handle bars and peers over the top of the clocks, but not showing the clocks. Excellent footage, but don't really use it much as the rozzers may show interest. I'd love to ride well with in the speed limits with it stuck to my helmet and film all the assholes on their mobiles, then upload it
