So, mostly since I haven't installed the dongle that makes the settings "stick", I typically ride around with the MTC on. But, I can't help noticing the bike in my face every time I hit the throttle while riding over a little bump (I like little bumps). I usually overreact and chop the throttle/hit the rear brake, which then, together with the MTC that somehow figured out that something is not quite right, results in the front whacking the road pretty hard. Errr, try again...
But, so far, I haven't actually flipped it...

Perhaps its not lifting up as high as you think. It will lift the wheel a couple of feet with the MTC on but it won't allow a fat one and nothing anywhere near flipping. I'm not sure the MTC will save you over a sharp hump. Gravity and topography takes over there and cutting the power won't necessarily help.
