I stuck the transponders:

In the seat obviously I have soft comfy one...
Stuck one in the holes in the rear hub
The other in the front wheel in one of the five spokes

Pasted all the juice over forks/tank/frame/engine.shock

Would not worry about it too much dont think I have seen any Police force use the actual kit
