After riding my new SD for three months, I couldn't handle the loose/snatchy/grabby throttle any longer. Purchased the G2 system, had my dealer install it with the #300 cam (the bike was in the shop anyway to have a warped front rotor replaced under warranty), and couldn't be happier. Most of my riding is commuting through Los Angeles traffic, on surface streets, and the stock throttle would cause the bike to lurch when going over speed bumps and potholes, no matter how hard I tried to be smooth. With the G2 I can now ride it like any other bike. The tube fits the handlebar better, with none of the looseness/sloppiness of the stocker. Just smooth application of power.

throttle cam didn't work for me. I had akra and the proper map.
O2 eliminators worked.

two completely different things, and two different problems. the one problem is throttle control, fine motor control of the wrist, especially on bumpy roads, and the other problem is the EFI.

I completely disagree with cat, these are one in the same. all the fixes address the same problem. what's with the italics, does that mean you know what you're talking about?
