can anyone tell me whats the hp gains for fitting an akrapovic?is it better to change the front sprocket by one tooth or the rear?

add two teeth to the rear... try not to minus them from the front, the chain has been known to eat into the swingarm with a 15t
as for pipes... i believe yoshis are the cheepest to get hold of, however im more of a fan of the FMF's
the akras are stupidly expensive... and once upon a time were the thing to have... but now there are cheaper and just effective pipes out there.
As for performance gains, you wont see much of a hp increase (that comes with the motobox) but your tip in into corners will be improved greatly (all slip ons are heaps lighter than the stock anchor).

I actually cant believe how hot the standard mufflers get. But yes get the Yoshi's really well made and sound great.

what about getting the r model and save the exhaust money for now?my ktm is on warranty i dont want to loose that by a non-approved exhaust.which tyres do you recomment.should i change the rear tyre to 190?or it will fook up the geometry?

The rim on our bike is 5.5. You need a 6 inch rim for a 190 tyre.
Fitting a 190 on a 5.5 will alter the shape of that tyre.
Handling will be worse.
And... you could get rubbing problems.
